Duda: Ukrainians Have High Chance to Regain Control over Kherson

Polish President Andrzej Duda believes that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are making significant progress on the frontline, so in the near future they may likely liberate the Russia-controlled city of Kherson, Ukrinform reports.

"Thanks to their heroism, the Ukrainians now have a great chance to regain control over Kherson. It is absolutely strategic for the continuation of this conflict and for the liberation of Ukraine from Russian invaders" Duda stressed.

According to him, Russians are now defending their positions, and the Western sanctions imposed against the aggressor country are so effective that Russia is not yet able to produce modern weapons, and therefore uses obsolete weapons, tentatively from the 1960s.

"Today everyone is asking how Russia is going to arm several hundred thousand soldiers recruited during this partial mobilization that is taking place in Russia today," the Polish President said.
