Explosion in Kharkiv: Russia struck a local university

On Thursday, June 27, an explosion occurred in Kharkiv. Russian forces are shelling the regional center, hitting a local university.
Local authorities reported the incident.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the explosion, while local Telegram channels indicated that it was loud in the Kyiv district of the city.
"The occupiers are striking. Kharkiv and the district: be cautious," Head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov wrote.
Later, Terekhov specified that the Russians were destroying the city's educational infrastructure.
"Today's strike hit one of the buildings of a higher education institution in Kharkiv," the Mayor stated.
