During large-scale air attacks, the Russian terrorist army not only significantly increases the number of drones but also deploys them against targets within a single city or region.

This was highlighted by Valeriy Yakovenko, an expert in unmanned technologies and robotics and co-founder of DroneUA, during a broadcast on the Espreso TV channel.

He notes that the nighttime attack on June 29 was one of the largest on western Ukraine since the full-scale invasion began. «We see that the terrorist forces of the occupiers are changing their tactics regarding the use of drones — very often, targets are grouped within a single city. And we see that this entire attack is designed for maximum terror in Ukrainian cities. Not one, not two, but several drones are deployed simultaneously to essentially drive fear into Ukrainians, ” Yakovenko emphasized.

The expert points out that Ukrainian air defense systems destroy the majority of aerial targets, but, according to him, with such a volume, «it is a very challenging process.»

«No country in the world has ever faced such an onslaught, ” Yakovenko stresses.
