Orban made a new cynical statement regarding EU financial aid for Ukraine
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared his desire to conclude an agreement with Ukraine in the context of his country's blocking of 500 million euros in military aid from the EU.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said that his country is ready to conclude an agreement with Ukraine.
He stated this after arriving at the meeting of the European Council in Brussels on October 26, "Channel 24" reports.
He declared his desire to conclude an agreement with Kyiv, but he has not yet disclosed its details.
"We are waiting for the Ukrainian delegation to come to Budapest. We are ready to conclude an agreement," he said.
