President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Russia plans to launch 700–1000 drones against Ukraine daily.
The Head of State said this during the Ukraine Recovery Conference on July 10 in Rome.
He emphasized that Russia’s plan is to intimidate Ukrainian society. This is why nighttime air attacks last 7–10 hours.
«Attacks at night lasting 7–10 hours. People go to shelters, and that’s absolutely right. I’m very grateful to them. And after that, for the economy to function, people go to work to live. They keep working. Putin clearly understands this and wants to destabilize our society with such strikes, ” Zelenskyy said.
He confirmed that Russia’s plan is to launch 700–1000 drones per day but assured that Ukraine will respond.
«And if our partners listen, we will shoot down everything. We have found a solution — interceptor drones that can take down almost everything. We can mass-produce them. The key has been found — discovered by Ukrainians. And Americans… We, as a country, have found a solution. We need money, ” Zelenskyy concluded.
