The Russians struck Kharkiv: what is known about the aftermath

On the evening of Sunday, October 20, explosions were heard in three districts of Kharkiv as Russian aviation attacked the city with guided aerial bombs.
This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
According to him, after the strikes by Russian forces, some areas of Kharkiv experienced power outages. Terekhov later clarified that one strike hit the Osnovianskyi district, damaging apartment buildings, private homes, and garages.
Another strike targeted the Kyivskyi district of the city, damaging a gas station, a service station, private houses, and high-voltage power lines.
It is known that nine people were injured, including one child.
"Emergency services are on the scene in the areas hit in Kharkiv. The inspection is ongoing," reported Oleh Synehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
