President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present the Victory Plan so that all of Ukraine's key partners and society know all of its details.
This was announced by Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, during a broadcast on the "United News" telethon. "Undoubtedly, the main guarantee (of security - Ed.) is our full membership in the European Union and NATO. And that is why this is one of the key points of the Victory Plan, which our President will present to Ukrainian society, members of parliament, from the podium of the Verkhovna Rada this Wednesday, and afterward, he will present it at the European Council meeting at the level of leaders," he said.
Yermak recalled that earlier, Ukraine’s Victory Plan was already presented to U.S. President Joe Biden, both chambers of the U.S. Congress, U.S. presidential candidates, and last week, to the President of France and the heads of the governments of the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany.
"I think these will be absolutely logical steps, so that all of our main partners, and certainly Ukrainian society, are aware of all the nuances of this Victory Plan. And so that everyone understands why we believe that this particular Victory Plan is about making Ukraine stronger and creating an atmosphere for the real implementation of the Peace Formula," the head of the President’s Office stated.
