James Sherr

Honorary Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security (Tallinn, Estonia). For over 25 years, he has been advising Western governments on Russian foreign, defence and security policy. Since 1995, he has been actively advising the Ukrainian leadership. He is also a freelance research fellow at the Russia and Eurasia Program of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House).
