Kremlin sets conditions for ending war ahead of UAE talks

Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow’s condition for halting hostilities was the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian armed forces from the Donbas.
His statement was quoted by pro-Kremlin propaganda media.
Peskov also said the Kremlin supposedly “highly values the peace initiatives of the U.S. administration”. However, he stressed that any peace talks should take place only "after all of Moscow’s strategic goals have been achieved."
