Downed «Shaheds» explode again after falling, cause unknown, experts say
Incidents have been recorded in Ukraine where «Shahed» drones exploded some time after falling, killing civilians even after the attack had ended.

Dangerous incidents involving «Shahed"-type kamikaze drones have been reported in several regions of Ukraine in recent days. According to preliminary information, drones that fell without detonating immediately later exploded.
This was reported on Telegram by Serhii «Flash» Beskrestnov, an adviser to Ukraine’s defense minister.
At least five people were killed in such incidents. All were civilians who, according to available information, approached the drone crash sites.
«Attention. In recent days, „Shaheds“ that survived impact exploded some time after falling in different regions of the country. Five people were killed (local residents who approached the crash sites), ” he wrote.
The cause of the delayed explosions remains unknown and is being investigated by specialists.
Citizens are urged to exercise extreme caution and avoid approaching drone debris or any suspicious objects, even if an explosion has already occurred.
Law enforcement and rescue services have been alerted to the situation. Residents are asked to immediately report any debris to the relevant authorities and not attempt to inspect crash sites themselves.
