An expert names condition under which Ukrainian Armed Forces can conclude the Kursk operation

Ukraine may plan operations in other regions of Russia.

Kursk region

Currently, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are facing some difficulties in conducting operations in Kursk region.

This opinion was expressed by military expert Serhiy Hrabskyi on Radio Svoboda.

According to him, while in a stationary defense and facing an enemy advantage, "it is very difficult to try to achieve certain results that were initially very effective."

"We are putting our soldiers at risk. As long as the Russian forces in this direction make our presence in Kursk region feasible, we can stay there. However, if the Russians reduce pressure or begin blocking operations, the rationale for our forces' presence and holding that area loses its meaning," Hrabskyi said.

The expert suggests that Ukraine may also plan operations in other regions of Russia. Hrabskyi stressed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces should not "get stuck exclusively in Kursk."

"There are other regions of Russia bordering Ukraine where we can conduct such actions. We must do everything possible to keep the enemy on edge, forcing them to concentrate as many troops as possible in inactive areas," he added.
