Answering the question of when the Allies will provide Ukraine with specific requirements for integration into the Alliance, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov stated that we will soon find out what exactly it is being about. However, one of the key issues that is periodically raised is corruption.
Oleksiy Danilov stated this on the air of the telethon.
He commented: “I have feedback. I would very much like the members of the Alliance to provide us with information about those corrupt individuals who currently hide money in bank accounts located within the territories of Alliance member countries."
The NSDC Secretary called on the partners to provide information about the estates and yachts of the corrupters.
In his opinion, there is a "one-way movement": "We are constantly told about corruption, but in which Monte Carlo and Las Vegas the corrupters spend their fortunes, this information is not being disclosed to us.”
Danilov continued: "I would very much like us to establish maximum cooperation in this regard. I want to remind you that throughout all the years of independence, when they talk to us about corruption, only one corrupt individual, namely Petro Ivanovych Lazarenko, was brought to our attention by the United States, and he spent some time in jail."
If there are still many such corrupters, then it is worth finding them through joint efforts so that everyone can see who they are, concluded the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
