Danilov named the criteria by which Ukraine is already prepared for NATO membership

The Ukraine-NATO Council is a completely different format that involves maximum cooperation, according to Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov.

He announced this on the air of the telethon.

"I am more than confident that everything will be detailed and we will understand a clear plan of action that we will implement within the framework of this format in order to achieve full compliance with the existing standards," emphasized Danilov. 

According to him, Ukraine is already fully prepared for NATO membership based on several criteria: "Regarding the military component, we are 100% ready to be in NATO. We have started the transition to NATO weaponry, and this process is progressing at a rapid pace."

Danilov noted that there are questions within society because NATO is not just about the military aspect but also about other components of our life. "Therefore, these processes will definitely be implemented. I emphasize once again that no one doubts that we will become members of the Alliance," he concluded.
