Belarusian dictator Oleksandr Lukashenko plans to discuss a new security doctrine for Belarus, taking into account the acquisition of nuclear weapons from the Russian Federation. However, there is still no 100% confirmation that Lukashenko received this type of weapons.
Belarusian opposition leader Serhiy Bulba, head of the “White Legion”, told “Channel 24” about this.
According to him, Lukashenko has lost all interest in nuclear weapons. This happened after the dictator realized that Putin would not return the Belarusian warheads transferred to Russia after the collapse of the USSR. At the same time, the head of the Kremlin simply moved his nuclear warheads to the territory of Belarus, leaving Lukashenko with no control over it.
"At the recent CSTO meeting in St. Petersburg, when Russian journalists asked about nuclear weapons, Lukashenko responded with a blank look. He is no longer happy about this topic, although at the beginning of this process he was happy, like a child, that he received such a "toy" which will allow him to rule Belarus until the end of his days," Serhiy Bulba emphasized.
At the same time, nuclear weapons in the doctrine could be considered as Russian. In the event of a state of war being declared, Belarusian forces become part of a joint grouping with Russian forces.
In the event that Russia uses nuclear weapons, Belarus, according to the doctrine, supposedly stands ready to support it in this matter.
