Invaders Artificially Create Waiting Lines at the Administrative Service Centers and Block Ukrainian Mobile Networks – Intelligence

During the last week, the Defence Intelligence noticed activity of the Russian mobile radio-electronic warfare and radio-electronic reconnaissance groups in the temporarily occupied southern parts of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the invasion authority in the Russia-controlled city of Berdiansk create artificial waiting lines at the municipal Administrative Service Center. In order to show the fake “crowds of local residents willing to apply for Russian ID documents”, everyone registered with the Berdiansk Military Commandant's Office is forced to visit the Administrative Service Center to create artificial waiting lines to the ID photo taking points. Those who refused to wait in the lines are penalized with community service duty, the Defence Intelligence of Ukrainian Ministry of Defence reports.

During the last week, the Defence Intelligence also noticed activity of the Russian mobile radio-electronic warfare and radio-electronic reconnaissance groups in the temporarily occupied southern parts of Ukraine. When these groups were active, the mobile networks of Ukrainian providers were disabled and the access to the Ukrainian websites on the Internet was blocked within the area of at least one kilometer. After redeployment of mobile groups, the access to Ukrainian websites was resumed. Most likely, the task of these mobile units was to identify the pro-Ukrainian individuals and their family members.

“In temporarily seized town of Starobilsk, Luhansk region, the invasion authorities conduct “stocktaking” of equipment owned by local agricultural companies. The Russians fascists explain that their final purpose is to “create a new agricultural enterprise based on  collective farm model”. The former employees have been notified that in case of return to work their salary will not exceed RUB 10 thousand (less than UAH 5 thousand). Those who accept such terms, must return to the workplace by the end of the June and apply for the Russian citizenship before September”, the intelligence report reads.

Moreover, the Defense Intelligence reported that in Russia-controlled village of Kinski Rozdory, Zaporizhzhia Region, at least 40 invasion soldiers were stationed at the local hospital. For the purpose of “24/7 security”, they installed the trip wires all over the perimeter. A goat from a nearby farm accidentally wandered to the “secure” facility and “disarmed” several grenade traps. Several Russian soldiers were injured in a resulting chain of explosions.
