Invaders Shut Down Power and Water Supply in Kherson Region Forcing People to “Evacuate”

Unbearable conditions for local civilian population are being created in the temporarily seized parts of the Kherson Region.

Invasion authorities in Kherson Region cut off electricity and water supply, deprive the local civilian population of the Internet access  and threaten with missile attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, people are forced to "evacuate" their homes, the Operational Command "South" reports.

In addition, the invaders are withdrawing from the territory of the Kherson Region medical institutions together with the personnel, as well as all the operational services. Local entrepreneurs are required to urgently sell food products and close stores and markets.

Also, the invasion units have begun preparations for the withdrawal of artillery weapons from the right-bank part of the Kherson Region for their further transfer to other areas.

At the same time, the enemy continues to carry our air and artillery strikes on the AFU’s positions and the territory of nearby communities.

"In the middle of the day, the enemy shelled the Kutsurubska Community in the Mykolaiv Region from MLRS and heavy artillery. Luckily, there are no human casualties or destruction. Assault air forces and attack helicopters attacked our positions and liberated settlements in the Beryslav District three times," the report reads.

In response, Ukrainian air forces carried out three air strikes against the areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment. The anti-aircraft units accurately shot down another Su-25 aircraft.

The missile and artillery units of the Southern Defense Forces carried out 156 firing missions.
