A historian pointed out that, in the event of a global conflict, North Korea, unlike Russia and China, might resort to using nuclear weapons.

The cooperation between Russia and North Korea indicates the formation of a new military-political bloc, which is a sign of a future global conflict.
This opinion was expressed by historian and legal expert Serhiy Berendeev, a methodologist at the Ukrainian Institute of Education Development, during a broadcast on "Kyiv24" TV.
According to the expert, Russia's military-industrial complex is no longer able to meet its military needs, and the country is facing issues with its mobilization resources, as evidenced by its reliance on North Korean troops.
"A military-political bloc is essentially being formed. The emergence of such blocs is a sign of a future global conflict, as they are created in opposition to someone. Clearly, this will become the basis for confronting NATO countries. If Western partners don't wake up and start recognizing the full scope of the danger, this will undoubtedly escalate into a global conflict," the historian warned.
"Will Russia use nuclear weapons? I'm confident it will not. Will China? No. But could North Korea use them? Yes," Berendeev stated.
