Russia Has Admitted Its Attack against Ukraine’s Energy Facilities

Today, on October 31st, the Russian Ministry of Defence admitted the missile strike against Ukraine’s energy facilities in its official statement.

"The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have carried out another strike using aircraft-borne and ship-borne high-precision long-range missiles against Ukrainian military command and energy facility. All strike goals are accomplished. All targeted facilities are hit”, the Russian Defence Ministry claimed.  

Russian is attacking dozens of Ukrainian towns and villages by destroying their critical infrastructure. In this way, Russia attempts to deprive civilian population of power, water and heat supply. As part of its attacks, Russia also targets civilian infrastructure destroying residential houses and killing civilians.
