Russia Is Using Its “Nuclear Weapon” Already: Arestovych Spoke About Kremlin’s Insidious Plan

During  his livestream with Mark Feigin, the Russian journalist critical of the government and human rights advocate, Oleksii Arestovych, the Adviser to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, shared his hypothesis about Russia’s use of nuclear weapon.  

"Russia is using the nuclear weapon already. This is long-term nuclear war. They seriously hope for and count on the fact that the influence of energy, food and immigration crisis on the Western democracies will result in  approximately the same outcome as the small victorious nuclear war. This is the nuclear strike on the West, but only stretched in time”, Arestovych noted.

The Adviser also added that Russia was using the time-stretched war as a counterbalance to the Western sanctions.
