Recently, the intensity of Russian assault operations has increased on the Siversk front, where Russian forces are attempting assaults using heavy equipment.
This was stated by Anastasiia Bobovnikova, Spokesperson for the "Luhansk" Operational-Tactical Group, in an interview with "Hromadske Radio".
Bobovnikova noted that the "Luhansk" Group oversees three main directions: Siversk, Kramatorsk and Toretsk. In these areas, Russian forces conduct assaults with significant use of military vehicles.
Since November 1, Russian forces have already made two attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses. One of the assaults was particularly large-scale, according to Bobovnikova. The Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully destroyed 25 pieces of enemy equipment, including 10 tanks, 12 armored fighting vehicles, 2 MT-LBs, and 1 ZU-23-2.
In addition, Ukrainian forces eliminated over 100 Russian personnel.
