According to the investigation, Russian troops attacked the Korabelny district of Kherson on January 2 at approximately 10:45 a.m. The enemy is believed to have used artillery.
"The minibus with passengers came under fire. Preliminary reports indicate that five people were injured. Information is being updated," the report stated.
Prosecutors, along with investigators, are making all necessary efforts to document the crimes committed by Russian Armed Forces personnel.
