According to the Ukrainian leader, Ukraine has many plans to liberate its territories from Russian criminals before winter, as Zelenskyi said in his speech at the press-conference after the second Crimean Platform summit on August 23rd.

"My key point is very simple and clear. We have understood these hints and signals that it’s time to consider the issue of ending this (war – ed.) and start negotiations with Russia. At the point where we are, we are not ready for a ceasefire. We explained that there will be no Minsk-3, Minsk-5, or Minsk-7. We will not play these games, because it is a trap", Zelenskyi said.

The President ruled out the possibility of negotiations with Russia, while the aggressor state is killing and abusing Ukrainians.

"First, it’s not yet “the aftermath of war”. We all have to understand it. We are fighting the war right now. Second, in light of what’s going on right now, the peace talks are currently out of the question. Third, Russian narratives that Ukraine doesn’t want peace sound ridiculous, to say the least”, Zelenskyi said.
