Zelenskyi’s Representative Explained Why the World Should Let the “Iron Curtain” to Fall Even More for Russians
Mykhailo Podoliak, the Adviser to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, believes that the “Iron Curtain” for Russian is the only way to make the world a healthier and better place.
In his interview for “Conversations about Important” project on TSN’s YouTube channel, Mykhailo Podoliak, the Adviser to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, described a ridiculous situation, where the Russians continue to live in foreign countries simultaneously threatening to attack them.
"First, it’s almost impossible to cross the border with Ukraine now because of visa requirements. Now let’s talk about the visa regime. They (Russians – ed.) fully support this war. Around 70-80% of them say: “Let’s go kill Ukrainians”. I’m primary talking about the tourist visas, because there is a huge tourist flow from Russia, where the people who urge to kill other people want to travel abroad for shopping, etc. For a long time, Russians haven’t paid any cost of this war at all. If you want to support the war and support your leaders, who dream about seizing a half of the world, you are welcome to do it staying in your cities, in your camps. They second thing is their behavior when they get a temporary residence permit at some European city. They offend the place, where they live, they offend the countries, they talk about physical destruction”, Podoliak said.
