Russians Attempt to Bribe Kherson Residents Before Fake Referendum: How Do Invaders Fool People?

The Russians deliberately block all payments from Ukraine and create humanitarian crises. Instead, they offer locals monetary benefits in rubles, if they agree to receive the Russian passports, “Kakhovka” Operational Military Grouping reports.

"The invaders’ tactics is very primitive in its nature. First, the Russian “puppets” deliberately block all payments from Ukraine and create humanitarian crisis, then they offer their monetary benefits to those who agree to accept a Russian passport and denounce Ukrainian citizenship”, the report reads.

Kremlin’s propagandist mass media actively cover these staged campaigns on helping local population. The propagandists distort the facts claiming that Kherson residents gladly support the Russian government and the invaders rule.

"Out of desperation, some have to undergo forced humiliation and accept the conditions of the invaders, but there are very few such people. For the most part, the local population refuses any fake help from the Russian authorities", “Kakhovka” Operational Military Grouping reports.

In this case, the invaders have also found a loophole and began to make pension payments with tacit consent "to appease their population, which needs bread and entertainment."

"The Russian authorities add the "dead souls" in the data of the Russian pension fund in order to inflate the pension payment rates. In this way, the invaders simultaneously inflate the local rates support and misappropriate the funds," the report reads.

It is interesting to note that the Russian dovernment named the "rescue" of Russian citizens from encroachment the main reason for the invasion of Russian troops into territory of Ukraine. Therefore, the issuance of Russian passports is a justification for the invasion army’s stay on Ukrainian territory.
