President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy explained why the Russian terrorist army struck with a a missile the market in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region. He emphasized that this is connected with the failures of the occupying forces at the front.
He said this during a joint briefing with Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen in Kyiv.
President Zelenskyy emphasized that the occupiers deliberately targeted the market in Kostiantynivka, where there was always a large concentration of people.
"Another deliberate act of terrorism by the Russian Federation. We understand what is happening there and why they are attacking us. They always strike in this region. And now they deliberately targeted the market. The strike was right on the market, on the shops, on the pharmacy. I have been to Kostiantynivka many times with my team, and anyone who knows this place, knows that it is a civilian area. There are no military units there or nearby," the President explained.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that when Russian terrorists fail at the front, they immediately resort to acts of terrorism with mass casualties. The President emphasized that Russian terror must be defeated.
