Russia almost does not carry out such massive missile strikes as during last year's heating season, but the terrorist state will not abandon the practice of regular shelling of Ukraine's critical infrastructure.
Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with “Ukrinform.”
"Every time the scenarios are different. Last year, we saw extremely massive missile strikes. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the peak of one-time missile launches on the territory of Ukraine was 120. Currently, we do not observe such massive missile strikes," he noted.
According to him, this situation can be explained by the fact that the aggressor state has significantly depleted its missile arsenal and has limited capabilities to produce new missiles.
"But the threat of missile strikes, especially against energy infrastructure objects, still exists. It is clear that the terrorist state will not abandon this practice," Yusov emphasized.
