300 trucks at the border: carriers in Slovakia blocked a checkpoint

Carriers in Slovakia have blocked traffic through the Vysne Nemecke checkpoint. 

This is reported  by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine with reference to information from the Border Police of the Slovak Republic.

According to the statement of the border guards of Slovakia, on November 21, at 1:30 p.m., the blocking of the traffic of trucks moving in the direction of the Slovak checkpoint "Vysne Nemecke" began. This checkpoint is adjacent to the Ukrainian checkpoint "Uzhhorod".

The action of blocking the border was initiated and is being carried out by the Union of Motor Carriers of Slovakia. The duration of the blocking of the checkpoint is not reported.

At this time, there are about 300 trucks on the territory of Slovakia in front of the "Vysne Nemecke" checkpoint in the direction of Ukraine. The passage of cars and buses is carried out in a normal mode.
