Buried in the Yard: Invaders Executed a Family Couple in Kherson Region

The police is investigating the reasons and circumstances of murder. The couple was buried in the yard of their house due to lack of access to the local cemetery, Suspilne reports.

According to Oleksandr Teteria, the victim’s son, his father and his wife were hiding in their cellar from explosions. That’s where the neighbors later discovered their dead bodies with gunshot wounds.

"Yesterday the neighbors called me and said that they hadn’t seen my parents working in the garden for a while. They went to look for them and discovered their bodies with gunshot wounds in the cellar. No one knows what happened. The only thing we know is that my father and his wife were murdered with gunshot wound to the head”, Oleksandr Teteria said. 

The local residents who stay in Arkhanhelske claim that the Russian military servicemen were walking the streets checking or looking for something.

"The Russian troops recently had rotation, and a new unit of more aggressive soldiers was deployed in the village. We assume that these are those troops who were assaulting Kyiv. The previous ones had Z insignia on they uniform, and these carry V marks”, a local man said.
