Burning Houses and Open Territories: Regional Military Administration Reported Recent Developments in Kharkiv Region
Invasion troops continue to shell Kharkiv Region.
In the early hours of July 31st, the Russian troops carried out missile strikes in Nemyshlianskyi District of Kharkiv using S-300 surface-to-air missile system. Based on preliminary data, there are no human casualties. Enemy missiles damaged an industrial facility setting on fire manufacturing equipment and finished printed products, as Oleh Syniehubov, the Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Yesterday, on July 30th, around 5:00 p.m, a utility building in a single-family residential neighborhood in Kyivskyi District was set on fire.
The terrorist state’s troops also attacked other districts of Kharkiv Region. The Russian troops carried out strikes in Kharkiv, Izium, Chuhuiv, and Bohodukhiv Districts. The enemy shells set of fire open territories, private houses, commercial facilities and crop fields.
In Izium District, the Russian shells incinerated the needle litter in the local forestry. Open territories were burning in Chuhuiv District. In Zolochiv settlement, Bohodukhiv District, the wheat field was on fire.
In Tsyrkuny and Vilkhivka, Kharkiv District, the Russian shells set on fire open territories and a utility building in a single-family residential neighborhood. A 37-year-old combine operator in Vilkhivka was injured in the landmine blast. The man was admitted to hospital in a moderately severe condition.
Yesterday, the enemy troops also injured a 39-year-old man in Derhachi community.
The Regional Military Administration emphasized that the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were also shelled by the Russian troops. The Enemy reconnaissance groups retreated under the pressure of Ukrainian military. In Nova Husarivka area, the enemy attempted to survey the location of the Ukrainian military. The attempt was not successful, and the invaders were forced to retreat.
