"City Has Been Attacked Using Unreasonably Cruel Tactics": Haidai Reported that Russian Troops Consolidated in Lysychansk

According to recent Telegram post of Serhii Haidai, the Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the Russians have focused all their efforts on assaulting Lysychansk.

"The invaders have focused all their efforts on assaulting Lysychansk. The city has been attacked using unreasonable cruel tactics”, Haidai posted.

According to the Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, in Sievierodonetsk some administrative and residential buildings survived even a month of active street fights, while in Lysychansk all administrative buildings have been destroyed within a short period of time.

“There is too much Russian personnel and heave weapon even despite successful destruction of several enemy ordinance depots. They suffer significant losses, but still continue to steadfastly move forwards. They are now consolidating in the city and in Verkhnokamianka while continuing to devastate the areas”, Haidai reported.

According to him, yesterday the first responders extinguished the fires at several residential apartment blocks and private houses, a store and one shopping mall. One woman was injured in the attack and admitted to hospital in Dnipro Region. Moreover, the Russian invaders shelled Zolotarivka and Bilohorivka. The enemy assault near the latter was successfully repelled.
