Civilized World Needs "Security Guarantees" from Barbaric Intentions of post-Putin Russia— Podoliak about Macron’s Statement 

Mykhailo Podoliak, the Adviser to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, commented on French President Emmanuel Macron's recent statement that the West should consider how to meet Russia's need for "security guarantees" if President Vladimir Putin agrees to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine.  

"Civilized world needs "security guarantees" from barbaric intentions of post-Putin Russia...It will be possible only after tribunal, conviction of war authors and war criminals, imposition of large-scale reparations and bloody clarification of ru-elites "who is the one to blame?", Podoliak tweeted.
