That’s the reason why the Nord Stream-2 pipeline running on the bottom of the Baltic Sea must be totally dismantled.
This opinion was voiced by the Polish President Andrzej Duda during the Crimean Platform summit.
"I want to remind you that Nord Stream 2 began to operate after the seizure of Crimea, there is no return to ordinary business with Russia, there is no return to such ties when it fights against Ukraine, occupies its territories. The change in policy in the West is not just the termination of Nord Stream 2, but also its complete liquidation and dismantling", Duda said.
The Polish President also added that he had never been in Crimea. Still, Duda was convinced that he would visit it one day: "Crime is Ukraine, and I believe, Mr. Volodymyr, that one day you will show me Crimea, and I will visit this Ukrainian peninsula”.
