Today, on Independence Day, the aggressor country's forces may resort to provocations and attacks on Ukrainian territory. However, for Ukrainians, every day is dangerous.
This information was reported by Spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuri Ignat, during a telethon.
"We gain independence every day. An independent Ukraine is like nails on a chalkboard to the enemy. There may be provocations, or there may not be. We don't get to choose that. What we do get to choose is to fight every day and defend our country," emphasized Ignat.
According to the representative of the Ukrainian Air Force, for Ukrainians, every day is dangerous because "there is a lurking threat." Russia needs little time to prepare a massive strike.
"Ships from the Black Sea are not going anywhere. Strategic aviation planes and the same drones are not going anywhere. The enemy needs little time to prepare a strike. Yes, they plan strikes in advance, but still..." - the spokesman added.
