Right now the invaders are paving the way for future hidden military recruitment of male population for deployment at the frontline, as Vadym Boichenko, the Mayor of Mariupol, reported on July 5th.

"This piece of paper called the “Passport of the Russian Federation” has no value whatsoever. The Russian army suffers the huge losses, which are replenished by recruits from seized territories, as it happened in Donetsk. The invaders have introduced six-month moratorium, so already in September this paper will be easily convertible into one-way ticket to the frontline. This will create another obstacle to those willing to escape from Mariupol ghetto”, Boichenko explained.
