According to MP, Ukraine is currently repairing the energy facility through its own efforts.
Most likely, Ukraine will not be able to fully restore the energy system during the winter because of continuous Russian missile strikes, Andrii Herus, the Head of Parliamentary Committee on Energy and Utilities, believes.
"The equipment that our European partners have in stock is already on its way to Ukraine. It is being supplied quickly. However, it is impossible to restore all the damaged energy infrastructure during this winter. Europe does not have as much equipment as Ukraine requires, it takes at least six months to make it," Herus said.
According to him, Ukraine is still repairing energy facilities using its own resources. Therefore, the power shortages are compensated with controlled blackouts.
