It's been a long time since there was such hell: a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier described what's happening on the Bakhmut front
In recent days, the situation has worsened in the Bakhmut direction. The Russian occupiers are continuously shelling the Ukrainian Armed Forces with artillery around the clock.

Andriy Babychev, a serviceman of the 93rd Brigade “Holodnyi Yar,” noted that the enemy has advanced towards the outskirts of Bohdanivka in the Bakhmut direction. He told this during an interview on the “Espresso” TV channel.
The last three days have been extremely hellish in the Bakhmut direction. It has not been like this for a long time. There is around the clock artillery fire from both sides. The temperature is below zero, the mud is frozen, the weather is clear, and this contributes to the effective work of artillery and UAVs. Currently, the enemy has started an active offensive and is pressing us near Bohdanivka, which is located south of Bakhmut and Khromove. The enemy has practically reached the outskirts of Bohdanivka. Very fierce fighting is going on there. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are destroying the manpower of the occupiers, but the Russians keep adding soldiers there. I don't know how many shells are needed to destroy them all," Babychev said.
According to the soldier, infantry from both sides is engaged, but the invaders prevail primarily in terms of manpower.
"The enemy also employs aviation and “Lancets.” Artillery is heavily active from both sides. Nobody wants to retreat. In this direction, we're already in defense. Occasionally, a certain position can change hands multiple times a day. Last week, we had success near Klyshchiivka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces regained positions where the enemy had advanced. The defense there stands strong," Babichev said.
