The statement by the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenko, about the violation of airspace by Ukrainian drones, which were allegedly shot down by Belarusian aviation, was not confirmed.
This was reported by the monitoring group "Belarusian Hajun" on Sunday, August 11.
According to observers, no drones were detected during the flight of Belarusian military aircraft on August 9.
“No missile launches from the SU-30 fighter jet or the MI-24 helicopter were carried out,” the report says.
Lukashenko's statement was described by the Belarusian monitoring group as "utter nonsense."
