"Missiles will speak for themselves": Zelenskyy comments on reports about approval for long-range strikes

The plan to strengthen Ukraine is a Victory Plan, which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented to international partners. One of its key elements is enabling the Ukrainian army to conduct long-range strikes on Russia.

Zelensky discussed this during his address on November 17.

"Today, there’s a lot of media talk about us receiving permission for such actions. But strikes are not carried out with words. Such things are not announced. Missiles will speak for themselves. They certainly will. Glory to Ukraine!" Zelenskyy stated.
