The terrorist country Russia and the HAMAS militants are trying to avoid punishment by seeking negotiations with the parties they waged war against.

Mykhailo Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Presidential Office, wrote about this on his social media page.

"An interesting peculiarity has recently become quite evident... Mass murderers/criminals - Russia at the state level, and HAMAS - at the organizational-terrorist level - are orchestrating a wild but systematic and well-thought-out massacre on foreign soil. The only difference lies in the duration of the carnage. And after the initial shock, when the victim country prepares an effective counterattack, various potential "mediators" come up with an unexpected "proposal": preventing the conflict from escalating; an immediate ceasefire and an urgent call for negotiations. In other words, the main goal is to avoid the punishment of the guilty," explained Mykhailo Podolyak.

According to him, aggressors attempt to avoid defeat, evade punishment for the perpetrators of the massacre, prevent the initiator from losing, and freeze the conflict in this way.

"And then, with amazement, realize that international law doesn't work, and restraining conventions increasingly appear as fiction. Perhaps it's time to compare causes and consequences, especially the consequences of such behavior?" the Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office said.
