The Danube area of Odesa region was under attack.

On the night of September 18, the enemy attacked the southern regions with several waves of "Shahed" strike drones. Unfortunately, the recreational infrastructure of the Vylkovo community in Odesa was hit.

This information is provided by the press service of  the Southern Defense Forces.

"18 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) "Shahed-136/131" were successfully shot down by the air defense forces:

- 11 over Odesa region,

- 5 over Mykolaiv region,

- 2 over Kirovohrad region.

"The Danube area was under attack again. The recreational infrastructure of the Vylkovo community was hit. A fire broke out, which was promptly extinguished. There was no information about the victims," the message says.

The debris of the downed UAV caused a fire in an abandoned two-story building in the Snihurivka community in Mykolaiv region. The fire was swiftly extinguished, and fortunately, no one was injured.
