The Russian army attempted to cross to the western bank of the Oskil River in Kharkiv region and establish a foothold there. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled this attempt.
This was reported by the press service of the Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops «Khortytsia».
On the Kupiansk front, enemy infantry attacks were effectively thwarted near Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, and Zahryzove. «The enemy is once again trying to transfer personnel to the western bank of the Oskil River. Our Defense Forces are taking measures to prevent their advance and movement, ” the Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops „Khortytsia“ stated.
It was also noted that over the past day, the hostile army attacked Ukrainian defensive fortifications in Vovchansk on the Kharkiv front. No loss of positions was reported.
