The Russian occupying army is trying its utmost to advance in Donbas, concentrating on capturing Toretsk and Kostiantynivka. In this sector of the front, the enemy is acting according to a principle that the Russian command considers most effective.

This was reported by military expert, Head of the Center for Military and Legal Studies, Oleksandr Musienko on the air of the telethon.

"Why are they concentrating there? If you look at the Pokrovsk direction and Toretsk, they think of moving towards Kostiantynivka from Toretsk. If the enemy cannot continue the offensive in the Pokrovsk direction, and they are stopped – and I think they will be stopped, because there are conditions and grounds to say so, then they can move from the southern flank towards Kostiantynivka. That is, towards the grouping that can move in the Toretsk area. These are the enemy's intentions as of today," Musienko explained.

According to him, the Russians had "certain successes, starting from Avdiivka." It is in this sector of the front that the invaders are trying to further develop their "victories" at the cost of enormous losses.

"The Russian troops are now losing a lot of strength. The Red Army lost a lot but reached Berlin, and with the help of allies, overthrew the Nazi regime. Here, Russia is suffering colossal losses and is conducting combat operations in the villages of Donbas. This also needs to be understood," Musienko said.
