Russia May Run a False-Flag Operation in Europe – Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council

The Kremlin’s propagandists continue to spread fake news about the war in Ukraine, the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine reports.

"Russian strikes on Ukrainian railway hubs fail to yield the desired results and stop the supplies of the western weapon aid. Therefore, the Russian propagandists are actively exploiting this topic and launching more attacks in the informational space”, the official report reads.
The Center’s analysts also believe that Russian may run a false-flag operation in Europe using the western weapon systems supplied to Ukraine. 

"A terrorist attack with multiple human casualties set up by Russia may become a breaking point in the story with western weapon supply and a master card of the Kremlin’s hand-feed propagandists”, the Center for Countering Disinformation emphasizes.
