Russia strikes Kharkiv with modified air bombs: the local authorities alarmed by the statement

Aggressor Russia has modified FAB-500 air bombs. Now these munitions can reach any point in Kharkiv.

This was stated by Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.

"The situation is complicated by the fact that the enemy has started hitting Kharkiv with guided FAB-500 air bombs, which have quite serious destructive power," Synehubov said.

According to him, initially, the invaders used these munitions only along the front line, particularly in the Kupiansk direction. However, the occupiers have started modifying them. Now the FAB-500 can fly a distance of up to 80 km.

"It can reach any point in Kharkiv. Therefore, the air alarms that we hear for almost 12 or 16 hours are all real," the Head of the Regional Military Administration reported.
