Russian commander planned chemical attack on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions — Defence Intelligence interception

Ukrainian intelligence released a radio interception in which a Russian commander discusses the use of chemical weapons against the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported another piece of evidence of Russian preparations for a war crime. In a radio interception obtained by the Defence Intelligence, one of the Russian army commanders discusses the use of chemical weapons against Ukrainian military personnel.

This was reported by the Defence Intelligence press service.

«Now I’m going to poison those f*ckers in the basement with gas,» the intercepted conversation of the occupiers reveals.

The Russian commander gave an order to «finish off» Ukrainian fighters while they are in a compromised state.

«If I can’t manage to finish them off after the gas, while they’re coughing their lungs out, snot and saliva everywhere, unable to see sht, we need to quickly finish them off after that,» the occupier said.

The Defence Intelligence emphasizes that the use of chemical weapons is a violation of international law.

«The Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine stresses — there will be just retribution for every war crime committed against the Ukrainian people,» the statement reads.
