According to the Russian mass media, the armed thugs are going to execute Kostiantyn “Fox” and Mykola “Frost”.
Two Ukrainian prisoners of war from Azov regiment may face the death penalty in the hands of Russian invaders, as Ukrainska Pravda reports with the reference to intelligence sources and Russian propagandist mass media.
According to these reports, the invaders are going to execute two military servicemen from Azov Regiment Mykola “Frost” (the real last name is yet unknown) and Kostiantyn “Fox” Nikitenko.
According to a source of the Ukrainska Pravda in intelligence, the two Azov soldiers were taken out of the penal colony in which they were imprisoned in an unknown direction.
Russian propagandists report different versions – some write that the fighters were sentenced on 9 July; others report that the trial will take place in the future.
Initially, the Russian propagandists had accused Ukrainian servicemen of shelling civilian districts of Mariupol, although later they changed they version and claimed that two soldiers attacked a medical convoy with wounded invaders. No evidence to support either version have been yet provided.
The invaders notably cancelled the “moratorium on capital punishment” on July 8th shortly before the scheduled trial.
