Russian Strategic Airforce Jets Attacked Odesa Region Resulting in Human Casualties

Odesa Region was attacked by missile launched from Russian strategic air force Tu-22M jets, the Operational Command “South” reported.

“The strike on residential district in peaceful town caused destruction and fire at several residential houses and commercial facility with the total affected area of 500 m2. Based on preliminary data, there are 6 casualties, including 1 child”, the official report reads.

The State Emergency Service first responders extinguished the fire with engagement of 12 rescue officers and 3 special vehicles. The search and rescue missions continues.

After the first response operations, the site will be examined by the National Police investigation team. The details regarding the extent of damage and number of casualties will be provided later.
