Russian invaders massively destroy civilian infrastructure in Luhansk Region. Yesterday, the locals residents reported 12 violations of rules and customs of war, according to the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine.

The law-enforcement agencies have received 12 reports on violations of rules and customs of war, 11 of which related to the ruination of civilian infrastructure. In particular, the invaders ruined multiple private houses and residential apartments. 

“We have documented four cases of looting, including one case in the territory controlled by the Russian invaders since 2014 and a robbery of a healthcare institution in Sievierodonetsk. The enemy troops also seized two administrative buildings in Sievierodonetsk and Novopskov township. Yesterday, the police officers of the Luhansk Regional National Police Departments staying on duty at the checkpoints in Donetsk Region have checked 222 vehicles and 503 citizens. During these checks, the law enforcement officers confiscated 425 gun rounds and 11 grenades”, the Ministry’s officials reported.
