The Russian army does not stop and constantly tests modified munitions, using the city of Kharkiv as a training ground. The enemy also tries to adapt and use all their outdated stockpiles against our peaceful civilian population.
This was stated by Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.
"The first strike on the city of Kharkiv occured on Sunday. The territory of a private school was hit with a KAB-250. The munition had wings and a GPS module," he said.
Synehubov added that the UMPB 30-D costs about $100,000. Possibly somewhat more after modification.
"For comparison: it is becoming increasingly expensive and difficult for the enemy to use missile systems, for example, "Kalibrs," which cost about $10 million. Similarly, the S-400 is about $2 million, and if we take the S-300, one missile costs up to $500,000," the Head of the Regional Military Administration explained.
