"The Great Seven”: Kuleba Lists Types of Weapons Ukraine Needs for Counteroffensive

At the beginning of the full-scale war, the Ukrainian command compiled a list of 7 types of weapons needed to liberate Ukraine from the invaders, as Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told CNN.

"When the war started a year ago, we realized that we needed certain types of weapons. There are 7 types on this list - I call it the "great seven". In one year we have unlocked 6 of the 7. Only fighter jets remain," the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said.

Kuleba notes that Kyiv still stress the need for Western fighter jets. According to him, the discussion around the supply of each type of weapon began only after initial refusal of our partners.

"Looking back, we have received almost everything we asked for," the Minister emphasized.

As for the fighter jets, the supply is still being discussed, but the allies do not rule out that Kyiv will eventually receive the aircrafts.
